We have it all worked out and tested over and over again for you. Topped of with a warranty of 25 years!

The floor, ceiling and the walls are made out of reinforced concrete that is insulated. This means that the house is durable, very energy efficient and most of all - quiet and peaceful. Thanks to this the house is also almost maintenance free! In addition - the vaulted ceilings create a unique atmosphere with great acoustics!
2. Truly plug-and-play
When the house reaches you then all the interior jobs are done. The floors are tiled, ceilings painted, kitchen ready to use, bathroom finished and lights installed. Only things you have to pick out are the loose elements like the bed, TV, plants and all other small details you prefer. Our houses also have integrated floor heating and ventilation solutions to ensure a comfy and healthy environment, no matter the location. After installation just connect the water pipes, the electrical input and move in! What else could you wish for?
